- Walmart, STM, Indian Army, L&T, EXL services, Dubai (DEWA, ADNOC), and others as a corporate & freelance trainer
- ITIL® V3 2011 foundation 2011(APMG) certified. Well-versed in IT service management process and experience in service design, service transition, and service operation processes.
- Six sigma black/green belt. Experience in handling an E2E six sigma process improvement project(s).
- Professionally qualified to have robust business knowledge in Logistics, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Material Management, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Warehouse Management, IS Utilities which is gained by working in several Continuous Process industries and management consultant firms
